Zotok.ai is a WhatsApp chatbot your buyers order through, by text, image or voice note, with dispatch and payment steps in the same flow. OrderDak reads the orders buyers already send by email, pasted WhatsApp text, PDF, Excel and photos, checks them, and creates Tally Sales Orders. Zotok.ai is made by Zono Tradetech in Hyderabad, founded in 2021. It is a WhatsApp chatbot for order-to-cash, aimed at brands, distributors and retailers. Buyers order by text, image or voice note, and orders are structured into the seller's ERP; its listings name SAP, Salesforce and Tally. It also handles confirmations, invoicing, dispatch updates, payment collection, customer-specific catalogues and ledger sharing. How deep its Tally write-back goes is not documented publicly.

Not yet. Today you paste or forward the chat. A direct connection is planned.
Can my buyers keep sending orders the way they do now?
Yes. That is the point of OrderDak: it reads WhatsApp text, emails, PDFs, Excel sheets and printed photos as they are.
Does OrderDak chase payments too?
Yes, through Collections (beta): WhatsApp and email reminders for overdue bills, and bank receipts matched to bills.
